Frequently Asked Questions
What is the typical format for on ice?
Each ice we will work on edgework for 15-20 minutes then split into skill stations. The stations have a mix of whatever skill we are focusing on for the week with games to keep the kids engaged and having fun!
What is the typical format for dryland?
We split the kids into 4 stations: Correct form and technique with stick skills, Learning basic athletic movements, Fun Speedwork, and a Game.
Is a coach available to help get player from ice to dryland?
Yes we love to help but within reason! We expect your child to be able to take equipment off and put things away in their bag and get dryland clothes and shoes on. We can help with hard skate knots, etc. If your child requires more help please stick around.
